FCBT Association Leadership Program

Louisiana Land Bank, ACA’s Clay Hebert, Vice President/Branch Manager of the Port Allen Branch, participated in the Farm Credit Bank of Texas 13th Annual Association Leadership Program held September 12-16, 2022. Clay (front and second from left), along with the other 10th District peers pictured, traveled to New York and Washington, DC where they were afforded a broader national view, personal training and experience with the Farm Credit System by meeting and interacting with policy leaders in Washington, representatives of the Funding Corporation, the Farm Credit Council and the Farm Credit Association, as well as members of Congress. This will be an experience that Mr. Hebert will not soon forget.
