My favorite part of working at LLB is
a good group of co-workers and customers.
My favorite thing to do outside work is
fishing, gardening, and I have a part-time beef cattle operation.
The person who inspires me the most is
my dad.
I give back by
working with youth in the area involved in the LSU Agriculture Center Shooting Sports program as a Shotgun Coach. I am also Chairman of the Florida Parishes Friends of NRA Banquet. I also serve as Vice Chairman of the Louisiana Agriculture Finance Authority Board. I am most grateful for my health and my family.
Shining professional moment I’m most proud of is
my appointment to the Louisiana Agriculture Finance Authority by the Governor.
My favorite part of working at LLB is
The positive family-style or work environment.
My favorite thing to do outside work is
I love to hunt, fish and be outside.
The person who inspires me the most is
My Father.
I give back by
Volunteering through the church.
Shining professional moment I’m most proud of is
Graduating on the deans list form LSU.
My favorite part of working at LLB is
the family atmosphere.
I do what I do (at LLB) because
I have to support my family, but LLB makes it easy to come to work every day.
My favorite thing to do outside work is
to spend time with my family. I have a husband and 2 teenagers. My son Jarred is 19 and a freshman in college. My daughter Brennin is 14 and a freshman in high school. She can’t drive yet so I spend most of my weekends driving kids around.
The person who inspires me the most is
my grandmother, Vivian. I miss her every day.
I give back by
being active in my church’s children and youth ministry. I teach a children’s class every Wednesday and go to many youth activities throughout the year, including summer camp.
I am most grateful for
my husband, Ronnie, who is my worst critic and greatest cheerleader.
Aside from food/water/shelter, the one thing I couldn’t go a day without is
I would love to say my kids, but I am going to be truthful and say diet coke.
Shining professional moment I’m most proud of is
being a Notary since 2005. It was not easy to achieve and has been very helpful in my career.
My favorite part of working at LLB is
the friendships I have encountered over the years and the respect we all have for one another.
I do what I do (at LLB) because
I have been in situations where I was on the waiting end of getting that “YES” answer and the feeling of joy and accomplishment that I felt. I want to be able to help others who are trying to achieve that same goal, no matter how small it may be.
My favorite thing to do outside work is
travel, camping, fishing, being outdoors. I love spending time with family, friends, and grandchildren.
What most people don’t know about me is that
I am one of 8 children, and grew up in a small rural community. I love the woods, but don’t like to hunt.
The people who inspire me the most are
my parents. They raised a large family on a single income and have been married for over 60 years.
I give back by
volunteering at social events, and my husband and I assist in fundraisers, or gatherings, handling the cooking and catering.
I am most grateful for
being blessed with a healthy, loving family.
Aside from food/water/shelter, the one thing I couldn’t go a day without is
God.
