Fish, Golf, Officiate high school football.

I spent four years teaching high school literature.

Being an active member of my church and officiating youth sports.

Being able to get out of the office and visit with farmers and landowners; to be able to see their sense of pride in the land they own.
The person who inspires me the most is
Jason Redman. I’ve never met him, but his book “the Trident: The forging and reforging of a navy seal leader” is a must for any leader.

Helped to establish a construction loan repayment structure based on the sale of mitigation credits.
